Branch Manager

Our client in the London / St. Thomas Area is currently seeking a full-time Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail setting, with at least 2 years in a management position.

Successful Candidates would:

  • Provide consistent customer service
  • Help create and maintain a positive working environment
  • Establish and build rapport with customers
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and increase sales
  • Be driven, outgoing, and a strong work ethic

Job Duties (included but not limited to):

  • Oversee retail location, inside, office and yard operations
  • Responsible for hiring qualified individuals with a positive attitude
  • Coaching and training supervisory staff to ensure positive, team environment
  • Delegating responsibilities to supervisory staff to ensure efficiency
  • Ensuring safety regulations and guidelines are met and followed
  • Visual presentation of the stores merchandise


  • Significant Knowledge of building materials required
  • Previous related industry experience an asset
  • Minimum of 5-7 Years of Home Renovation, Building Products, Construction or related experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Management Experience
  • Proficiency with computers is a definite asset
